Kylix Black-figure Exact Copy 565-560 BC

The kylix was the vessel in which the ancient Greeks used mainly to drink wine. Their bottom was almost flat and was the main surface for paintings. This particular black-figure kylix depicts the weighing of the sylph in front of the King of Cyrene, Arkesilaos II. Appears around 565-560 BC. and is from the Laconian period. All our works are 100% made in the traditional way of the Ancients in Greece, handmade by collaborating workshops upon exclusive order. Probably the only exact copy in the world.
