Red-shaped Crater 5th century BC

The crater was the vessel in which the Ancient Greeks drank their wine mixed with water and that is why its name comes from the word kerannimi which means mix. This particular crater is a Copy and belongs to the Classical period around the 5th century BC. The first side depicts the god Zeus with Athena and Hera. On the NW side there is a drawing with Zeus and Hera. All our works are 100% made in the traditional way of the Ancients in Greece, handmade by collaborating workshops upon exclusive order.
