Calyx Crater 470 BC

The crater was the vessel in which the Ancient Greeks drank their wine mixed with water and that is why its name comes from the word kerannimi which means mix. This crater belongs to the period of the classical black figure in 470 BC. The first side depicts Athena with Hermes and Zeus. On the NW side there are two drawings with Akrokerama.
