Description
The crater was the vessel in which the Ancient Greeks drank their wine mixed with water, which is why its name comes from the word kerannimi which means mix. This particular crater is a Copy and belongs to the period around 480 BC. The first side depicts the gathering of three Olympian Gods, Hermes, Athena and Poseidon, and the second side shows the Acrokerama. All our works are 100% made in the traditional way of the Ancients in Greece, handmade by collaborating workshops upon exclusive order. Dimensions: 8M x 8W x 11W cm.
